Dr. Hillel and staff are very professional and polite. I had an issue with my feet and doctors Hillel resolved my issue and I am able to walk properly with the orthotics. When my husband and I have an appointment, we don’t have to wait a long time to be seen. We also love Dr. Hillel staff they are very professional; it’s a pleasure to go in the office for our check ups.
Cannot recommend. Definitely seek a second or third opinion from other doctors if possible. Yes, the receptionist is nice, and overall, everything was professional, but the doctor here seemed a bit too eager to sell me some $300 to $500 "custom" insoles yet never bothered even taking any xrays. I visites 2 other Doctors ( at NYUlangone and Weil Cornell) and they did a full , thorough exam with x-rays and tests only to tell me that I do Not need any expensive insoles and even presented me with inexpensive remedy for my issue.... read more
