Crappy they tried to charge us $ 2,000 to fix something we already replaced on a 2019 vw Passat than they said oops it was something else and that will be 4,000 so now were stuck paying 2,000 for a car that still has problems
Don't take your vehicle to get serviced here unless you have to. I purchased a used vehicle at a Moses dealership in Charleston that had a slight issue and would need to replace a part to fix it, and I would have to get it from a Volkswagen Dealer. I wanted to stick with Moses so I went here and ordered the part from their parts department. Horrible experience trying to get anything done here. Called about getting in for my screen going out in my 2023 Atlas Cross Sport and it would be weeks. Fast forward to now and the coolant light is on and I’m getting notifications to not drive. Moses can’t get me in for 2 weeks. I have a disabled child and have to have a vehicle. The woman was unwilling to work with me in any way. I called Joe Holland and they were so nice and got me in for the next day morning!
