Would give a zero if it were possible! This place treats women like they don’t know what they’re talking about when it comes to vehicles. They refuse to own up to THEIR mistakes! Especially when they knew the vehicle had ISSUES when they sold it! I’ve had nothing but issues with the vehicle since buying it from them! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
I called ahead to confirm a specific car was still available on the lot and was assured it was. I then drove an hour to test-drive it. When I arrived at the dealership, I ended up waiting about 45 minutes before the salesman finally came back to tell me they couldn’t find the car. The salesman I spoke to was very nice and understanding. I asked what’s the best they could do on two trucks on the lot with employee pricing and was told they couldn’t take anything off the prices. I respectfully said if the list is the best they’d be able to do I think I’ll keep looking around.
