William absolutely worked the hardest he could to get me into a newer reliable vehicle!! I honestly wasn’t sure if I could even trade my car or get something I would even like but William got me into a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited🙌 it’s beyond nicer then what I was even wanting/looking for in the first place!!! Highly recommend William McCormick very friendly and easy to work with, even stayed an hour past closing time to help us out. Made the trip to St. Albans worth it!
DO NOT GO HERE! This dealership is the worst! I financed a 2022 Ford Escape thru them and let me tell you, THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE SOLD ME THIS CAR! From day one I have had problems not only from the car but also dealing with the dealership and service center. The front passenger side wheel well had grinding noise coming from it that was there from the second I drove it home from the dealership. The only reason why I give them a two star review is because the numbers they were offering was ridiculous. The representative who assisted me was extremely nice and professional. I have been purchasing cars for years and I have never went through so many hoops trying to purchase a car. Even to the point, they wanted me to pull paperwork to prove that there was a part of my car that I got fixed. And they were offering me way below the bluebook value of my current car.
