Toyota Service specifically Gary was not in the least bit helpful, nice or anything. I am nervous to begin with being a female, then he said their is no way we can do this (TMP) sensors had malfunctioned, I didn't scheduled the appt., your person did and because it wasn't on when I brought it in, I apparently imagined it. His tech did an "inspection" I could hear what they said when they videoed for the record, basically I imagined it...I will never go back, I told him that basically if I need service I will pay someone else... read more

I don’t usually leave reviews, but at this point it feels necessary. Moses Toyota Service Center has managed to damage my vehicle not once, but twice during routine oil changes. Both times, my rocker panels were damaged while the car was in their care. On top of that, they didn’t properly reinstall my skid plate, which ended up dragging on the ground when I got my car back — something that easily could have caused more damage or turned into a safety issue. Gary is a real piece of work. Always rude, just like he hates his job. I’ve been dealing with Moses for a while and tried to give him opportunity after opportunity and it doesn’t change. You know what does change, where I get My vehicle serviced!

We went to take our two week old forerunner because all of the clips had come off the front under neath guard. We were told it was the result of a collision, even though the front guard shows no sign of where has only been two weeks and clips were missing from both the left and right sides. But would have been the installation of two push-up clips was apparently too much and they decided to attempt to get my wife to buy a complete new one.

Had an issue with one of my vehicles and they were able to get me in immediately without an appointment. My car was fixed and good to go within 24hrs after some great troubleshooting from the technicians. Mike and Gary in the service department were great to work with! Thanks for getting our family hauler back on the road in record time!
