Gary is a real piece of work. Always rude, just like he hates his job. I’ve been dealing with Moses for a while and tried to give him opportunity after opportunity and it doesn’t change. You know what does change, where I get My vehicle serviced!
We went to take our two week old forerunner because all of the clips had come off the front under neath guard. We were told it was the result of a collision, even though the front guard shows no sign of where has only been two weeks and clips were missing from both the left and right sides. But would have been the installation of two push-up clips was apparently too much and they decided to attempt to get my wife to buy a complete new one.
Had an issue with one of my vehicles and they were able to get me in immediately without an appointment. My car was fixed and good to go within 24hrs after some great troubleshooting from the technicians. Mike and Gary in the service department were great to work with! Thanks for getting our family hauler back on the road in record time!
