He came out and got through half the job and never showed back up. Do not pay up front.
I made an appointment for in between 12pm-2pm. They never showed up. I called at 3pm and they said they would be there in 1/2 an hour to an hour. They never showed up and didn't even have the decency to call me back to tell me they weren't coming. I could have called someone else in the mean time.
He kept his word, got everything fixed on time and save me about 20% compared to my other bids
