7/13/2022 I am really disappointed in my need for a follow up consultation with Dr. Moses. I recently was urged by my dentist to see an orthodontist right away because my lower teeth and hitting my front teeth hard and they are coming loose! I have great teeth but could lose my front ones due to his negligence. Dr. Moses saw me for over 4 years and I had extensive jaw surgery to fix my teeth and bite. RecommendedWe absolutely love Dr. Moses and his staff! The calm, kind, and attentive atmosphere makes our monthly appointments something we all look forward to! The transformation of my son’s month has been phenomenal to watch!! What a huge difference!! We feel like we have the best orthodontist working on his mouth!!
Dr. Moses Lo was very knowledgeable and tries all possible ways to prevent having to pull any of my teeth. I like that he has a Laser machine that can do thorough cleaning. It also eliminates pain when he used that to do filling work for me. He always explain to me clearly what work needed done to my teeth and the reason why. He would let me know the options I have and discuss with me to find the best one. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist.
He was the first dentist I went to when i was a child. I remember spending a lot of time at the dentist as a child and because procedures were covered by insurance, I don't think my parents had much knowledge of what was going on. My parents never asked questions and just allowed him to do all the recommendations, which meant filling and refilling the same teeth constantly. I'm skeptical about the work that Dr. Lo has claimed I needed. In the years I've visited him, Dr. Lo has never shown me an X-Ray of my teeth nor properly explained procedures to me, even if I asked. I feel like he was just trying to use up my medical benefits and thus would bring me in for unnecessary procedures such as gum cleaning and replacing fillings.
