Some very mediocre staff members up front of this service dept. If you need service and have purchased any sort of warranty and/or maintenance agreement, then you might want to bring some paperwork with you, because some folks there claim they do not have time to check on the front end (Nissan Advisor and Service Director's own words), and some just can't remember it, ever, when you tell them upon arrival. In for usual service on our vehicle. Excellent as usual. Worthy note: the online scheduling service is is apparently inaccurate at the date of this review. Trisha called and helped me reschedule the regular service. I've used online scheduling services with different automotive groups and they are not dependable. So much for AI.
They were quick to repair my door on my '21 Nissan Rouge from being backed into. The reason for 3⭐ is only because the trim on my door keeps popping off. I even brought this to their attention before any work was started. They just snapped it back on and didn't address the issue for it continuously falling off. which I think is due to some clips breaking from being backed into.
I took my car there for AC repair. They charged me over 200 dollar for that and told me that they fixed the AC. Ac still wasn't working so I tired to complain but they gave me the answer that there was nothing wrong with AC but couldn't answer why did they charge me 200 dollar.. person in service center never called me back and won't answer to my question.
They have great customer service and they were fast and reliable
