Terrible experience at Moses Nissan. I visited to have my AC looked at after this same dealership replaced my compressor last year. They said I needed a new compressor, again. I was a couple of months outside the warranty window, so they offered a pathetic amount off the labor for another new one. After paying $400 for an oil change, alignment, and for them to re-diagnose my AC, I decided to cut my losses and go somewhere else. Took my 2016 infiniti qx80 for a code p0720. They charged $200 for a diagnostic fee and told me the Transmission had to be replaced total cost of $9k. I have limited mechanical acumen, I ended up buying a Transmission Control Module, and ATF and replaced it myself in my drive way total cost including buying tools was approx $1000. Disappointing no one in this area of WV can fix transmissions, including the dealership. Repair order 96024396
Took my 2025 Nissan Kick that I purchased here in for a loud rattling noise you can only hear when the car is driven. Two hours later I am told they couldn’t duplicate the noise & will have to wait until it becomes more persistent. The noise is constant when driven so that made zero sense & a burning smell is present. I had a video of the noise for them as well. Fixed my engine! They were very friendly and patient while I got my finances in order for the big repair. Joe and Chad were very kind and helpful! I’m so happy to have my car back. Thank you!
2 1/2 hours to tell us we had a bad battery! Then attempted to sell us one for 500! And who knows how long it would of taken to change batteries.
