Had a flat tire damaged by a nail on highway on Labor Day in transit, towed my vehicle to Moses Lexus as the closest dealership location. Arrived early to the service department the next day and the technicians, Shane and others, we met are friendly and helpful. They are able to resolve the problem promptly and get us back on the road again. Overall, I have a very positive experience with the technicians at the department.
Get Email August 5, 2025 to offer two Complimentary services I did get one Service Car has 8000 now called to schedule Service and was told it only had one Service Complimentary Sadly only Lexus Dealer in or close to WV and the Manufacture (Toyota) Lexus supersizing was of know help either
When I bought a Lexus, I wrongly assumed that the service would be topnotch. Moses is by far the worst service department I've ever used. I would recommend a Lexus. I would never recommend this dealership.
Well I decided to wait to provide a review because I didn't want my emotions to take over! I took my Lexus in to get serviced because of poor gas mileage and to have my splash guard replaced! I was told that they couldn't do a fuel consumption test because there was no check engine light, at that point I realized I probably wouldn't receive efficient service because I knew better! I was then told that it would take a day or two to replace splash guard, well 6 days later without much communication, they told my wife that our ... read more
