Every time I go for dental work, they're great, polite. And very fast and thorough.
Dr. Harder and staff are welcoming, polite, and friendly. Starting at the front office, I always feel known and welcomed when I arrive or call the office. My appointments are always on time, my insurance gets billed correctly, and any billing is completed promptly once insurance pays. The hygienist is always very gentle, but most importantly, she is patient with me. I have anxiety and she is understanding and waits for me to feel comfortable during the exams and procedures.
