Terrible he was the GAL in my CPS case a GAL issupposed to be neutral in the case and he was not he didn't speak to our side one time he sided with everything the prosecutor said and didn't want to give us a chance to get our children they striped us of our rights even tho we did everything that was asked ohio county court needs investigates they are kidnapping children very one sided court

Joe Moses tried to groom me while I was in care. He even tried to talk me into having a child for him “the natural way” right after turning 18, offering to draw up documents so I wouldn’t have right to the child. He is a terrible person.
