Took my vehicle here twice for the same issue and I would recommend going somewhere else. The lack of communication is unbelievable. Moses creates a text chain but they never respond to it. I asked for updates and never got any. I was told I would receive a call from the maintenance foreman, never got one. I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails and no one returned my calls or texted me back. I will be taking my cars somewhere else in the future for sure and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
Promised phone call in the morning, no call by 11 am. Called and left voicemail, never returned call. Called and left voicemail at 1:30, never returned call. Automated text messages started at 2 pm for a simple tire patch job, no estimate or information by 4 pm on a Friday, when they suddenly told us work was complete, leaving us in the lurch to scramble to reach them in time to retrieve our vehicle for the weekend. Friendly service, my oil change appointment was at 3:30 and they got me out of there at 4:30 with a washed car!
