The worst place to be worst customer service the charge nurse wouldn’t even speak with me about my complaint and they refused to let me speak with the director or anyone higher up. I would give zero stars if possible. Will definitely be writing a letter cause this can’t be how they run their business.
Give the trama team kudos after that became a number. Admitted for 3 days, blood was never cleanednl nor any bandages applied. Requested to have my hand looked at and a splint looked at apparently Ortho didn't have time for me. All broken bones referred to outpatient facilities when they were capable

Great service
I am currently sitting in the ICU with a loved one. She has had 2 surgerys one emergent and one follow up. Every single Doctor and Nurse/staff memeber I have had contact with has been absolutely Amazing. I feel as though they genuinely care for her. They have helped me to understand everything that is happening to her and have answered all of my many many questions. I feel I need to say that all of her nurses are Outstanding.
