Dr T is the best. I have been to many drs in my life but as a primary dr none were as good as dr T was.,Knowledgeable in any matter brought up. Unfortunately I just learned he has left x cone medical. I wish him nothing but the best. How do you find another Dr like Dr T?

As a patient at Wesley Long Hospital, I was treated with courtesy and respect at all times. The doctors and nurses explained my questions and concerns in a way that was understandable to me. During my stay doctors and nurses treated me with respect and dignity. My room and bathroom were cleaned on a regular basis. Techs and cooking staff was pleasant and attended to my basic needs. My overall experience was great here. Everyone in the back was very nice and patient with me. However some African American lady at the front desk was very rude and had an attitude as if she was not happy with her life or job position. I definitely recommend them getting better medical customer service care at the front desk especially for that to be the first interactive person a patient comes in contact with. Other than that lady everyone else gave me the best care!

It truly doesn’t matter if you show up on time for your appointment for 15 minutes ahead of time, you’re going to wait an hour and a half to see a provider EVERY. TIME. And the ladies in the front are extremely rude all the time!!!

I suggest Moses Cone Gsboro, Memorial Chapel Hill, or Duke Regional. They can't sell this Hospital, buyer back out, doubtful they can give It away. What a mess The Kernodles left Alamance County in!!!! Their Clinic attached o this miserable ER, Hospital.

Such a horrible experience I am just now able to review the process. I came in with severe lower back pain and nausea. The NP on duty completely failed to do basic standard screening to rule out a possible kidney stone or any possible infection. The nurse was very kind and was going to get me a wheelchair to take me to X-ray. Enter in Christopher Ragan the NP - he looked at my back and told me it was a most definitely a muscle spasm and gave me a steroid shot. He sent me home with a prescription for high dosages of prednis... read more

They took forever with no explanation, and didn't guide us through what was going on. They disregarded my husband and I and took the word if my minor child who was sent there by his head intensive court ordered therapist for his second psychotic break in less than 6 months in which he hit me...again....for an ivc. They literally took his word, and God knows what he said to psych because they cleared him...after a 2nd psychotic break hurting his own mother....cleared a child who is a habitual lier and manipulator. Dr. Brian Munley has to be one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. He knows his job and does it great.The whole staff in High Point work as a team. Provide you with answers to any question you may have. Thank you : D L.
