The service department here is terrible. While the staff is nice the wait times are not. They completely over book and can't even get an oil change done in a reasonable time frame. Today I waited almost 2 hours on a oil change. That is absolutely ridiculous. A job that at most takes 30 minutes took almost 2 hours due to over booking. You can tell they are over booked when you pull in and there are so many vehicles waiting to be checked in that the roadway is blocked. Also another thing and this falls on the sales team. Took my truck in for 10,000 mile service this morning. Scheduled appointment at 8am. At 11:45 I go back to ask if there's a problem... as my oil change and tire rotation is going on 4 hours. At 12pm I learn that when they took my keys and vehicle and said it'd take up to an hour, they parked my truck behind the building and left it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, it could be you next time!

I originally posted due to them telling me my AC had to be fully replaced. Come to find out, it didn't, i took it to a 2nd dealer, and they replaced a single hose, refilled it, and all of a sudden it worked. Crazy how they didn't actually replace what they said they replaced either. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE! THEY WILL LIE AND TELL YOU ANYTHING FOR MORE MONEY!

Took my truck in for the A/C to be repaired, was told they could fix it for $800. Told them go ahead, got a text the next day saying it didn't fix it and it'd be another $5000 to actually fix it. After looking up the part they actually installed for $800, it ended up being a $20 part from an autoparts store. Don't go here, they'll steal your money away.
