Moses Eyecare Center in St. John is an awesome place. The staff obviously enjoy working with each other, and they communicate with clients professionally and in a timely manner. Their selection of glasses may not be the largest, but they can and will order just about any frame style you could possibly want. My daughter had her first eye wxam here a few weeks ago and they all handled her with great care.
The office staff are nice enough and so are the doctors but the wait time is a huge issue. If you try to go in to get glasses fixed, be prepared to wait an hour plus. There should be a system in place to assist with glasses. At the very least attempt to fit the person in, in between appointments instead of making them wait forever for something simple. At this point I've had enough issues with wait time that I'm ready to make a switch.
You all were very nice to my wife and her family during their visit. Thank you for her glasses shes very pretty in them!
