The office staff are nice enough and so are the doctors but the wait time is a huge issue. If you try to go in to get glasses fixed, be prepared to wait an hour plus. There should be a system in place to assist with glasses. At the very least attempt to fit the person in, in between appointments instead of making them wait forever for something simple. At this point I've had enough issues with wait time that I'm ready to make a switch.
You all were very nice to my wife and her family during their visit. Thank you for her glasses shes very pretty in them!
We had our appointment scheduled for 3:15pm. We were not seen for nearly an hour by the eye doctor. When we were taken to the front no one was there to greet us as we had to get new glasses. The gentleman finally came out after a few minutes and said how the doctor told him we weren't getting glasses, which why wouldn't we? We need new prescriptions filled. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They were also very understanding and accommodating when I had to reschedule an appointment.
I had my eye appointment in May with everything fine and no major issues. Discussed dry eyes and recommended over the counter eye drops. Was told to come back 4 weeks to follow up. Great so far. Came back 4 weeks and puff in eye again. Recommended prescription eye drops since eyes felt the same. Told to come back again 4-6 weeks. Came back and puff again in eyes.
