Closed on Friday and Saturday... inconvenient
Waited an hour just to have them look at the contacts already in my eyes and say it's okay to order more. Nice enough inside, but inefficient in how they run the office.

I enjoyed my appointment. Staff was very friendly. The doctors made me feel very at ease.
I placed an order for contacts over a month ago and still no word. This happen with my last order too and they had them sitting in the office for about a week and didn’t call me. I’ve called a few times about my new order and they tell me they still don’t have them ? I’ve never waited this long for glasses or contacts. Horrible
