Kristen Steer is a very knowledgeable and capable physical therapist. She is also a good listener, articulate and down to earth. I learned so much during my sessions with her that I simply cannot recommend her enough. And the therapy is working Thanks Kris!!
I needed help with my balance as I was getting weak from lack of exercise. Haley was my Physical Therapist. She taught me how to exercise properly to engage my core properly to get my muscles working again. She is fantastic and so special. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. Thank you Haley for all of your support. You’re the best!
Even though I feel I am a modern informed woman, it was difficult for me to admit to and address my pelvic floor needs. Happily I was directed to the right place and found Dr Kirsten Steer. It is now 3 months since my last appointment. I follow my home program and remain strong and symptom-free. I encourage others not to wait. Live your best life now!
Simply had an amazing experience here. All my questions and concerns answered and pelvic floor/vaginal pain minimized. If any issues come up (hopefully not) I will return here, without a second thought. I now have all the tools I need to relax that area and make my life a little bit easier lol.
