I had an appointment at this location on April 14, 2026. I was pleasantly surprised to see how it had increased in popularity. However, I was upset and angry because I counted four cars illegally parked in handicap parking spaces without the proper credentials to do so. Meanwhile, I have a handicap license plate and had to park far as possible away from the door. I have COPD making getting in the and to my dr a real task. Horrible patient care!
My husband was sent home to pass an 8mm kidney stone. We're now 24 hours later sitting at High Point Regional with a surgery scheduled for 9am. PA Caroline Aberman told my husband to go home and pass an 8 mm stone. She made a point to let us know that she prescribed him 10 pain pills and normally she only did 6 (like we were special)'. She told us to follow up with a urologist and checked us out.
