My husband was sent home to pass an 8mm kidney stone. We're now 24 hours later sitting at High Point Regional with a surgery scheduled for 9am. PA Caroline Aberman told my husband to go home and pass an 8 mm stone. She made a point to let us know that she prescribed him 10 pain pills and normally she only did 6 (like we were special)'. She told us to follow up with a urologist and checked us out. I think the Doctor are fresh out of college and doing their internship. They recommend you follow up with your primary care provider. If you can get a appointment with your provider most are booked out two or more. You would go there instead of going to Moses cone. They charge you for doing nothing . So make sure you get the name of the Doctor who is attending to you in case something is fatal.
