They’ve our truck now for almost 4 months waiting to get the transmission replaced.. no rental, no compensation of any kind. Paying payments and insurance for a vehicle we can’t even drive. No concern or urgency from anyone in the service department but one of the sweet gals at the front desk. I understand the long wait for parts, but offering nothing to help in the meantime is absolutely insane..
Excellent service! This time it was for a warning light on the dashboard! They solved the problem quickly and professionally!
