To begin this review, I want to start with saying this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever went through in my life. I was lied to, told one thing and then something else was done, I had multiple cars that I was APPROVED for and IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING, be sold from under my feet. I was told prices that were not honored. I was the salesman and someone else got the commission for it. I was MESSAGED ON SOCIAL MEDIA after purchasing my car, from someone who works at a dealership 3 hours away from me, that I HAD NEVER interacted... read more
Spoke with salesman over the course of several days assuring me car was available. Proceeded to run my credit followed by complete radio silence only for me to follow up myself and learn car was actually never available. Poor customer service.
While traveling to NC on route through WV on a Saturday, the check engine light and service stabilitrak warning indicators suddenly came on and the vehicle would struggle going up inclines - no way to make it through the mountains on WV turnpike. Found Moses Cadillac was still open and was able make it there. Received help from Duane Harrison (Service Advisor) and although unable to get a diagnosis that day, Duane got it looked at on Monday. The Service Advisor did a great job of getting my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. They had everything my car needed ready to go in no time. Great Job!!
