Don’t take your vehicle here unless you enjoy wasting your time. This service department clearly could not care less. Every single visit, it’s the same tired line: “We’re too busy.” They’ll tell you to bring your car on a specific day, you rearrange your whole morning, show up late to work, and then — shocker — they suddenly “don’t know” when they’ll even look at it. Gm service department is a joke took my car to get air conditioner fixed said it was low on Freon paid 148 got home worked for 3 days called them back got another appointment got it worked on said a fitting or something was bad causing it to leak Freon got it back didn’t last 2 days try calling the service guy and he just ignoring my number… would not recommend still place for service!
