I have been living in real estate hell for a while now with a tenant who refused to pay or leave. I closed a mortgage with Moses and Hill in 2004 and just recently discovered that they never filed the lien release with the town. After speaking with the bank they confirmed the lien release was sent to the offices of Mose and Hill so I called to question why it was not filed. Attorney George Hill immediately got defensive and was very condescending and rude and was not willing to help with the matter.
