Our experience with Dr Moser was great, he explained everything to us thoroughly and found him to be very kind.
Ear surgery at 15 years old. I can now speak for myself at 36 years old. He was extremely rude to me as he lavaged my right ear canal. I could feel the solution was about to go through a hole in my eardrum into my inner ear. This had been painful in the past. I raised my hand as instructed and he chastised me because it was not hurting yet. We move forward to surgery in which a silicone prosthesis was placed behind the eardrum. My wife visited this doctor after a recommendation by our audiologist who conducted three hearing tests in the course of over a year. It was deemed the movement of his eardrums was not adequate. Upon entering the room, this doctor asked why they were even there. He mentioned what our son was experiencing was similar to when you’re in an airplane or underwater and the sounds are muffled. Dr. Moser is an awesome 👏 doctor!! He did my son surgery back in 2017 by removing my sons tonsil and adenoid/ let me tell you he is the best doctor out there.He really know his job!! He also reassure you step-by-step that everything will be ok; my son is breathing so much better now and he’s not sick anymore.
Do not go to Doctor Moser! I made the worst mistake! If they said your child needs PE tubes Do not make that decision now especially if their is no fever no fluid or drainage in the ear. Just wait a year or so before making this decision. My son failed his hearing test at four years old. Dr Moser tried to tell me my son needed tubes and it would help with the ear infections and drainage. I told him over and over we did not have any issues with ear infections.
