Dr. Moser and her team are the best in class when it comes to dental practice and care! I think I’m not rare in the way that I struggle big time with dental anxiety and feel like pricing through insurance can add another layer of challenge to an already difficult time. Joseph, Ashleigh, Yvette, and more of the team are compassionate wonderful service staff members who go above and beyond to make you feel like more than someone trembling in the seat. Every time I’ve come here, my appointment has run at least 30 minutes behind. I arrived to my 1:00 pm appointment and the entire check-in/ reception staff was gone to lunch and didn’t get back until 1:10. From the perspective of someone who works in the hospital, it would’ve made a lot more sense for one or two people to go to lunch and trade off with someone else so that patients can be continuously checked-in in a timely manner.
