These people are rude and their employees look like they came from the deep woods. They installed my chimney out of code and crooked. I paid 3500 for the chimney and they won't make good on getting it to code. I would recommend not using them for anything.

This company was originally hired in July of 2019 to provide masonry repair to cracked mortar in our brick of our house in multiple places (10- 12). While attempting to repair the technician sent to our house, did more damage to the mortar and brick, ground into the house flashing and poured chemicals into multiple areas of our newly sodded grass and killed it. Moseley completed $4000+ worth of work in Feb 2020 and I am very satisfied. Had the house Pending For Sale and needed the estimate and work done quickly and Mark Moseley and his team delivered on time. The coating crew were experienced and were careful to put new cloths around the fireplace floor. I inspected the coatings they applied and was very satisfied, Given their customer service I believe they will stand behind their warranties. Happy customer, Roger O****, Symmes Twsp, Ohio.

I needed a chimney inspection completed for a regular indoor wood-burning fireplace that also vents an indoor charcoal grill (the whole setup is just a regular chimney that happens to vent two areas). As I asked for an inspection over the phone, I was misunderstood, and as I was trying to explain the setup more clearly, I was hung up on while I was in mid-sentence with a "I simply think we don't do that." We had a steel liner installed along with a chimney cap and waterproofing today. Am very happy with the work and time frame completed so far. They don't usually work on Saturdays but Mark himself accommodated us on a Saturday and did the work himself. Plus everything has a lifetime warranty. Would highly recommend this business to others as of right now.

I had a chimney installed by them only to end up being crooked. I due to my choice tolerated it for a few years. Having them out to sweep the chimney I then told the tech about this and he confirmed. After 2-3 attempts they finally got it right. Upon billing me for the sweeping I paid it on Oct 11st 2016. I received an invoice telling them it was paid. Then again the last week of April 2017 I received another invoice. Again I told them it was paid Oct 1st 2016 and that they can check their bank statements. Seems they didn't ... read more
