He was recommended by **** ******** ******* as planning for the elderly. I went to him and paid him $1500.00 to file a living trust on record at the court house in Marion county. When I went to get the records they were never filed. He was given this money in good faith.

I did not file the trust for Ms. ****** **** ***** in any courthouse and I do not file trusts in any courthouse due to privacy issues. The original trust document is with the family, I have a copy of it in my files. An enhance life estate deed was filed so that the Ms. ******** home would not go through probate and to avoid potential conflict with other family members.
