Don't return calls
They responded pretty quick to come check our well, came back the next day to try and fix it but it wasn't fixable, or they made it worse, not really sure. They only took cash, didn't give us a receipt. Called them later and left a voicemail to request a receipt and a letter for our insurance company, waited weeks, no return call. Called and left another one, finally got a call back, he said he would send me the receipt and a letter on their letterhead and confirmed the name and address. Weeks went by, nothing.
