Home Safe saved the day! We got a new dryer and it gave me an error code that our vent was blocked. I tried cleaning it myself with a cheap amazon tool, but I hit a roadblock literally. I called and they were able to come out quickly and get everything all cleaned and unblocked. The team is quick and friendly. I am feeling much more safe about running my dryer now.

Longs air duct cleaning is a total rip-off. They left debris inside my vents, broke one of the grilles, and then ghosted me when I tried to get a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Save yourself the headache and hire a reputable company instead.

Longs air duct cleaning should not be in business. They gave me a quote over the phone but doubled the price once they arrived. I felt pressured and uncomfortable. The quality of the work was awful—nothing looked cleaned. It feels like a bait-and-switch scam.

I wish I had read the reviews before hiring Longs. Their service is nothing but a scam operation. They overcharged, underdelivered, and refused to provide an itemized receipt. When I called to complain, the manager hung up on me. Stay far away!
