CHEAP LABOR IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD LABOR and this park does not hire with quality in mind. Told to look at a plot and agreed to the plot because it had a nice FLAT lawn, when we returned to see the trailer once it was placed they dumped a mass amount of dirt and created a GIANT HILL. Whoever laid the dirt had giant rocks mixed in with their dirt and lawn was extremely lumpy making it even more difficult to mow and ruining my mower blades. The place is, ok. Way too many people are allowed to street park, they will park at stop signs too. Not the best area for kids, no sidewalks in the neighborhood, people go way faster than 15mph. There are potholes that haven't been filled in 2 years. The pool.. Everyone knows Rhonda hates the pool and wants it gone. At times, I think she's trying to sabotage the pool in hopes the owner will fill it in with concrete.
