I have been here for over 20 years. It was a really nice place when we first moved in. Lot rent back then was $150 a month. They used to raise it periodically in $5 - $10 increments. In 2022, lot rent was $275. However, for the past 4 years in a row, there's been an increase of between $30-$40 increase per year. Starting next month it will now be $415.00 a month.
