I was really excited about moving here but after being here for a few years now it’s not great. The property manager doesn’t actually check on the properties, especially when the land is being altered and new trailers are being placed. She did sell me on moving here with how much she talked about her OCD and how everything within her parks are so nice. I have been here for over 20 years. It was a really nice place when we first moved in. Lot rent back then was $150 a month. They used to raise it periodically in $5 - $10 increments. In 2022, lot rent was $275. However, for the past 4 years in a row, there's been an increase of between $30-$40 increase per year. Starting next month it will now be $415.00 a month.
