Very nice experience ordering new Rx glasses online and picking them up at the Chicago location. Chuck was super pleasant, helpful, great attitude, fast service - all the things you would want from an in-store experience. Love my new frames and the support he provided sizing them for me. Will plan to be back.
Weird staff
Such a beautiful little shop. Decorated with charm, beautiful frames, and fun Yiddish names. The staff is super friendly and really knows their stuff. Love that they are family owned. Highly recommend!
Very well run store. Every time I’ve visited, the staff have been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Whether it’s for advice on new frames or just adjusting the fit of existing ones they have you covered. Plus, there are a lot of cool frame options to choose from and actually try on in person.
Everyone working here has been wonderfully kind anytime I've been in, and Nadine has been very helpful picking out glasses and getting them adjusted. They seem to have the entire catalogue to try on in both sunglasses and eyeglass options with all their color varieties, which is great. Happy to have a storefront to try out in Chicago!
