While the store is smaller than some others, it offers a great variety of styles and even has an off-the-rack section with discounted gowns—which is where I found mine. This made it possible for me to find a beautiful dress that fit both my vision and my budget. Natasha made the Bridal dress/Mother of the bride shopping experience a truly pleasurable event. She was very attentive and went above/beyond in making my daughter’s vision become a dream in finding the perfect wedding dress! Very bad experience, they sold me a dress suggesting alterations and referring me to someone for alterations. I went and did the alterations they suggested (much more expensive than expected) with the person they recommended. It completely changed the dress and it wasn’t fitting me and my body type anymore. I could not wear it at my wedding. When I called to ask for support with my claim they refused any responsibility or to support me.
