Snow removal in my apartment complex is a joke. This gets worse every year and my leasing office states they cannot get them and do it even after 3 days
Horrible at plowing snow and following the community's HOA contract. They are suppose to plow at the 2 inches per contract, that doesn't happen. I've had to call the HOA property management to get them to come out, when there was approx 7 inches on the streets. They are supposed to salt, I've yet seen a plow truck come through the neighborhood with a salt spreader on the teuck. We have a community contract with this company, yet they have subcontracted work out that was never done.They mow in the rain and destroy grass beds. Multiple reports on that and no response. Double and triple billed for work. We can prove work charged was not done from property cameras. This happened with the snow contract a year ago when they admitted to overcharging $4000!
