They oversold the mini split which I did not need. They took a door without asking me.. I saw the guy put it in his vehicle. The floor guy urinated in the front yard, I saw this through my office window, couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The project ran over the completion date by a month. At the end all the team wanted was a good review. Well here it is.
