I used the online form to request an appointment this morning just after 9 am. I was contacted within 10 minutes and an appointment made for Monday afternoon. A truly excellent service all done very professionally. Thank you.
I use to find this surgery and team amazing. Recently when I have needed help . The doctor not so amazing. The pharmacy who I use for my repeat prescriptions had to inform me my GP would not do my repeat prescriptions this happened a few times. After the first time, I called ( after a seriously long wait) and eventually got to speak to a receptionist. I explained I am away from home caring for a family member needed my 5 lots of meds. Fantastic new service at the Mosborough Health Centre. I have used the link 3 times since the new service started and all three times I have received a phone call straight away to off me a same day appointment- well done MHC !!
