We ordered mosaic penny tiles, and unfortunately one sheet was noticeably darker than the rest. The issue wasn’t discovered until after the tile had already been installed. Our installer had to carefully remove the sheet piece by piece, re-prep the area, and install a new sheet, which resulted in additional labor costs for us. Absolutely cannot recommend Mosaic Tile (and Riley, specifically!!) enough. I made the mistake of not ordering enough tile for my bathroom renovation and when I ordered my second order, the dye lots were slightly different. I called, Riley answered immediately and went to find the tile from my original order and shipped it out right away so my tile job was not delayed.
