Dr Ruiz is an amazing doctor, as I have known him since he was my wife's doctor. However, after he opened his practice we have been trying unsuccessfully to get a hold of anyone to schedule an appointment for my wife. We have called, left messages, and even sent emails and we got no response. Not very professional with his office personnel.
This place is NEVER open. No matter what time you try to make an appointment no one EVER picks up
