Excelente Muy pendiente de sus pacientes. El personal muy atentos. Fue una pieza fundamental en el proceso que tuvimos como familia. Estaré toda la vida agradecida.
Dr Ruiz is an amazing doctor, as I have known him since he was my wife's doctor. However, after he opened his practice we have been trying unsuccessfully to get a hold of anyone to schedule an appointment for my wife. We have called, left messages, and even sent emails and we got no response. Not very professional with his office personnel.
This place is NEVER open. No matter what time you try to make an appointment no one EVER picks up
I was previously a patient of Dr. Ruiz. I love him and the service he provided for me. However, he left mindful behavior and he told me I could call and that his previous patients would get priority scheduled. I made my first initial appt and because we had covid had to cancel. Ever since then, I have been unable to speak with anyone whether by phone, message, or email. I have left numerous messages and sent out emails and haven't heard from anyone. Like I said he is an amazing doctor and hopefully he has a therapist as well... read more
