I was visiting a new resident here for 2.5 hours and parked in visitor parking on the 7th floor. The QR code required to register my vehicle would not allow me to submit (asking for make and model but there was no box to enter the information). I love Mosaic South End! My apartment is so cute! I have an amazing view! I love coming home from work and watching the Sunset. The neighborhood is so walkable. Love that I save on gas $$$ by living here close to work. The Leasing Staff is amazing. Oh! The 3 themed resident events every month are always so cool and the drinks are so good! You’ll love living here in the heart of South End!
LMS parking services illegally booting guests - watch out. Has happened to multiple people
Great staff, helpful with needs. Good location.
The leasing office staff is extremely kind, Tra’San was an absolute angel when my car got booted due to miscommunication and helped stay on the phone with the company LMS for over an hour.
