I like living here but the fire alarm has gone off numerous times at the most inconvenient hours of the night. Can last up to an hour or more of incessant noise. Never been to a building where it happens so often. I’m conditioned now to never actually evacuate, hopefully I don’t die. Top tier trolling from mosaic
My boyfriend and I just moved out of Mosaic after relocating to Asheville and want to express how much we have LOVED our time here. Mosaic’s leasing staff and maintenance team have been so responsive, attentive, and wonderful to live with. They allow people to park on the private street behind them, College Street, making a dangerous situation of a 1 lane road where deliveries happen and people pull out of parking garages all the time, since they don’t call to tow these cars, an Amazon truck and an illegally parked car would make it impossible for fire trucks to get through. Wish they would take care of College Street or give the responsibilities of it to someone who actually would look out for the people driving on it.
This is by far one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever experienced. Andrew and Hannah were incredible throughout my move-in process. They made everything seamless and went above and beyond to support me as I relocated from out of state. They ensured my deliveries arrived safely and coordinated everything with me while I wasn’t physically there. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly—choosing to live here was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
