Could not be happier that I moved in here. The staff is amazing, maintenance is quick, and I love the resident events. I barely drive anywhere because everything is in walking distance. Very happy with my decision.
former resident: i love the location, parking garage is a bit of a mess sometimes with overcrowding, all the amenities and stuff a pretty good. i had a spot overlooking the bland station parking lot, the giant pink building reflects into your windows in the afternoon which is kinda annoying. in my apartment the dark colored doors had been repainted to white but it chipped off really easily exposing the dark color. the windows were sun damaged. overall, i had a good floor plan lots of space no complaints on that part of it. p... read more
Loved here for 2 years, best place ever! Great location, reasonably priced, office and maintenance staff are amazing, packages are secure, lots of space! Can’t say enough great things, I’d live here forever if I weren’t moving to a new state!
The office staff is nothing short of amazing! Their energy makes Mosaic seem like one of the best places in Charlotte to live not to mention the floorplans are beautiful! Not looking to move at this time but will definitely be back this summer to submit my application!
