I currently live at Mosaic South End and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing especially considering how much rent people pay to live here. This morning, the water pressure was so bad I could barely shower or brush my teeth. At this point, it feels like there is always something going wrong in this building. I was visiting a new resident here for 2.5 hours and parked in visitor parking on the 7th floor. The QR code required to register my vehicle would not allow me to submit (asking for make and model but there was no box to enter the information). Since it was after office hours, there was no one available to contact for help. I had registered my vehicle here once before and assumed it would be fine for such a short visit. I love Mosaic South End! My apartment is so cute! I have an amazing view! I love coming home from work and watching the Sunset. The neighborhood is so walkable. Love that I save on gas $$$ by living here close to work. The Leasing Staff is amazing. Oh! The 3 themed resident events every month are always so cool and the drinks are so good! You’ll love living here in the heart of South End!
