I love this building for creatives! My instructor Veronica is teaching me permanant cosmetics and I love seeing the other rooms decorated and set up for their businesses. Plus they have free 3 hr parking and in Seattle thats rare. If you're considering Renting out a space for your business I would definitely do it here, its about $500 a week im told
I've been running my business here since 2022, and it has been an incredible experience. This was my first studio after moving from New York, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The suite is pristine and exceptionally well-managed. The managers, Rob and Shamar, are the most responsive and hands down the best! Any repairs are addressed immediately. The free parking and safe environment are huge bonuses. I looooved everything here! If you're looking to start your small business, you won’t regret choosing Mosaic!
