Wow this place is a GEM! I was trying to find a place to really relax after the nature adventures. This was the spot. I was worried that redding doesnt have lots of nice dining places and this place does not disappoint. All the aunties approved this place as well. The food was creative and have great presentation. There were multiple flavors in each dish. Veggies in each dish as well. I would come back!

We recently spent 4 days staying at the Sheraton. The first night was Wednesday and we were able to catch the Prime Rib special. Amazing. The food is delicious and highly recommend the Griddle Cakes in the morning. The best ever. We cannot wait to return.
Me encantó. Ambiente amigable y relajado, el servicio es muy amable y la comida muy rica (aunque puede tardar un poquito).
Risotto, fries, tuna tataki, and beet salad were excellent. Sebron provided great service. Everyone was super nice. We are really glad we stumbled upon Mosiac after a long drive for a one night stay in Redding.
