The service by Mosaic can never be more than a three star. The people operating it know the best. This new location they made is expensive and doesn’t go with the service they are providing. The government needs to assign auditors how come Alberta Government agreed to spend such expenses on Mosaic
I just had the most bizarre experience on the phone with these people. And I talk in plural, because it seems are more than just one issue. To begin with, I never received a phone call from this place to set an appointment. I considered to there call because already have passed over a month since asking my doctor for a referral. They, already had me in the system and ready to book me in. Which was great. I had wonderful experience yesterday seeing Nurse Hilda Quartey. She was highly recommended by my sister who visited her for some tests couple weeks ago. So I booked my appointment and office staff was very helpful and friendly to talk to. They guided me without any rush and Nurse Hilda was amazing with blessed hands and spirit to work with patients.. If you didn’t have good experience before at this clinic please give one more try to this Mosiac PCN . 🙏🙏
Front staff were great but the actual Doctor said he didn't know what was wrong and told us to check in with our primary care provider.
Received a call from this clinic and asked ME why they received an email needing to book an appointment with me and whats the reason…I told her that it’s probably my 6 week check up since I haven’t been checked up yet, I told her that my family doctor moved to a different clinic & that the clinic are still figuring out on their bookings.
