The appointment was easy to make and they were quick with getting me in. Reception was very nice and welcoming. My RN performed the procedure professionally and was incredibly friendly. The whole experience was a lot faster than expected! Thank you!
The service by Mosaic can never be more than a three star. The people operating it know the best. This new location they made is expensive and doesn’t go with the service they are providing. The government needs to assign auditors how come Alberta Government agreed to spend such expenses on Mosaic
I just had the most bizarre experience on the phone with these people. And I talk in plural, because it seems are more than just one issue. To begin with, I never received a phone call from this place to set an appointment. I considered to there call because already have passed over a month since asking my doctor for a referral. They, already had me in the system and ready to book me in. Which was great. I had wonderful experience yesterday seeing Nurse Hilda Quartey. She was highly recommended by my sister who visited her for some tests couple weeks ago. So I booked my appointment and office staff was very helpful and friendly to talk to. They guided me without any rush and Nurse Hilda was amazing with blessed hands and spirit to work with patients.. If you didn’t have good experience before at this clinic please give one more try to this Mosiac PCN . 🙏🙏
