Dr. Skeen is a highly competent periodontist. Unfortunately, Mosaic Periodontics (Dr. Skeen's office) is highly INCOMPETENT. Mosaic Periodontics told me that my AFTER insurance portion would be an affordable $400 on a $1900 procedure. However, they FAILED to obtain an INSURANCE PRE-AUTHORIZATION as recommended for ANY procedure over $500.
