very bad experience, almost spending over $1000 in the last 2 yrs, didnt get a comfortable glasses. they do agree to do a retest. but after 90 days they refuse to provide lens replacement even initially the prescription didnt felt good. expensive but didnt get the job done. if i had 1 million dollars i will for sure sue this company. do not go and waste your time and money.
Dr. Mui is a very pleasant and competent Optometrist. She takes personal interest in her patient's eye health. Suzanne.is a highly skilled and enthusiastic Optician. It's a joy to experience her professionalism in service. She was very helpful in assisting me in choosing my lenses and frames. Months later, I'm still very pleased to have chosen Mosaic!
