A long time distance runner and professional dancer I was looking for a knowledgeable and skilled therapist to not only address my acute pain but also educate me in the most up-to-date methods of looking after my body better so I could keep up with my running, which I love to do. Elaine was just what I was looking for. She listened to my concerns, addressed my pain and gave me fantastic take home information and exercises to keep me in tip top shape.
