Literally a life saver, turns out advanced auto parts sold me a dead battery and my car have been dying randomly. Was dying in the middle of the highway twice. The owner literally drove his way to me, jumped my car, told me exactly what was wrong and helped me use my warranty to get a new battery. Customer service is top tier.
This local shop is the place to go if you want to be treated like a person instead of a checkbook. Vic was extremely kind and took a look at my car after being given a laundry list of recommendations from another shop. He was honest about what was really needed, and saved me money for unnecessary repairs. He was willing to give me a ride home and return my car! The customer service is unmatched and the shop highly values their customers. I will be returning, and highly recommend Vic to locals who need a trustworthy mechanic.
