If you have small children, I would heavily suggest asking for a referral elsewhere. We were referred by our pediatrician for a possible frenectomy. We were seen by Dr. Bickford and it was a huge waste of our time. He was very rude and dismissed any of our concerns in a matter of seconds and abruptly left the room. He also insinuated pediatricians and lactation consultants over refer people for this issue and that was part of his dismissal.
Your presence is an inconvenience in this office and they'll be sure to let you know that. I had allergy shots here for nearly 2 years and it was the biggest hassle ever to get scheduled. And no effect at all on my allergies.
Dr. Goto has helped me more than any other doctor there. Previous doc is no longer there & I'm grateful for Dr. Goto. He is kind, understanding & wants to help sincerely. I believe he's got this! Maybe my life will be better!! I have confidence in him!
