A great place that is veru much needed in Toledo.
Kayla is unbelievably unprofessional, consistently has staffing issues and is inconsistent with her statements, rude, has control issues and tries to be intimidating. I had a very horrible experience here and I felt pressured (by the Courts) to stay at Mosaic for what short time we did and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone else
We received a ZERO day notice that our child would no longer be receiving ABA services by Mosaic. The notification sent states that the State of Michigan has suspended Mosaic’s ability to serve Medicaid contract beneficiaries”. After reading the reviews (the TRUTHFUL ones not the ones by employees who write false 5 star reviews) we will NOT send our child here no matter what.
This place was extremely unprepared for whatever came their way. I wasn’t safety trained until 6 months after I was hired and I never got my RBT license. The owner never showed up when I needed supervision at sessions and overall, I had the worst experience working here. The kids never got the real help they needed and it saddens me. This place is a disaster, and going downhill fast. Please don’t take your child here.
I worked at Mosaic since April 2022, At first it was wonderful. Then mosaic started taking on kids that staff didn’t have the proper training for to keep themselves and the clients safe. Mosaic Provides transportation and has 1 staff to 4 kids ratio in the car when you should have 2 staff at all times. Mosaic staff will ALWAYS put their needs before your child’s needs.
