Has grown leaps and bounds in the last year under new management and with the incredible National Supports unique to Mosaic. It is truly like a family with individual plans for those served and community integration. No cookie cutter programming. Wonderful place to be.

Do not work here. Do not send family here. I lasted a week. I was out on nights alone, with four individuals in a home, even with an individual needing one on one attention. I was also expected to get all four, grown men up, dressed, fed, hygiene and meds. Physically impossible for 110, 5.2 me. The morning shift wouldn't show until the very last minute. Definitely would not recommend thou a good amount of the staff are very kind uppermanagement is severely lacking in knowledge and compassion
