I've gone back and forth with billing for a year now. They refused to bill insurance (bluecross blue shield, which they accept) and when I tried to submit it myself to insurance, insurance stated that the procedure/invoice was not found to be listed. I am not exaggerating when I say I've called their facility 6-7 times where everytime they said they don't know it hasn't been submitted to insurance yet.
