I’ve been dealing with leg pain for a few years now and it took me going to see Kim Allen at Mosaic for her to diagnose what was wrong and to help me immensely with my pain. I’ve had A muscle biopsy on my leg I’ve been given medication after medication by different doctors, went to her and she has been terrific. She was my fifth doctored and she knew what was wrong as soon as I explained my symptoms she’s amazing..
I want to thank Kimberly Allen and the complete staff for the excellent service and dedication to detail they have shown to myself and Billie . Everyone from the ladies on the phone to every one that we had contact with has been professional, friendly and comforting, and when we had to go over to the hospital for procedures they made it very easy and smooth for us and the staff at the hospital was great also. I really appreciate the extra care and patience they show to Billie. Thank you all!!
Would give zero stars if it were an option, I have had two visits to this facility and both were a waste of time. I am new to the area and was looking to establish care with a new PCP, on my first visit I was not able to speak to the doctor directly, even though she had questions about my medications. I scheduled another visit to speak with her directly now that theyve received my chart from my previous PCP. If I could give this place zero stars I would. To start out I’ve never been bothered by wait times in offices but for the “care” I got, it bothered me. I got to my appointment and waited 30 minutes to be seen, I was the only one in the office at this point since I had a later appointment time. I needed to be seen for a sinus infection. The nurse who took me back was rude to me the whole time. I had to wear a mask because I was “showing Covid symptoms.” They didn’t have any adult masks left so I wore a child’s one (again not ... read more
